Details We manufacture superior quality Hot Brake System which is meant to preheat tomatoes or guavas before juice extraction. It is done by crushing the raw fruits and then collecting them to the bottom of the tank. Circulation of the crushed fruit is done through the heat exchanger and it is preheated by the steam and then the juice is extracted from the pulp through the pulper.
